Help me please

Im afraid she may be in the house. Its been a while since I saw her last appear, but Ive still been hearing strange noises. Dead animals keep appearing in my house, their mouths twisted into grotesque bloody smiles and their eyes hollowed out. I think this is her doing, but Im still not sure what she even is. She isnt human, thats for sure. I dont think that she is of this world.
